North East Initiative on Business Ethics is kicking off a new series of NIBE events focusing on business ethics across different contexts and sectors.
This first online event is: Values based leadership; passion, purpose and performance in business. – an online event for young leaders and folx interested in how personal values influence and impact your leadership style. Across the session, you will grow your understanding of how embedding your personal values can not only transform your leadership skills – giving it renewed passion and purpose, but it can also transform the way we do business and our positive impact on the world.
This session is led by Mortal Fools, a purpose-driven and people-centred company. During this practical online session, you will hear from their leadership team about how a values-based approach is the 21st century way to structure and run a business; positively impacting not only your people, your projects and your purpose but also the all-important business bottom line. You’ll also hear from their Young Leaders, a group of young people Mortal Fools’ is supporting to develop their leadership practice to further enable their confidence and skills in social activism and active allyship.

- Personal Values – what does this mean and why is it important
- Mortal Fools 4 person-centred values and how they influence all areas of the business
